Raclette is a dish indigenous to parts of Switzerland and the Savoie region in France. The raclette cheese is heated, and then scraped onto diners' plates, on top of some small boiled potatoes. It is accompanied by pickles and dried meat. A choice of white or red wine will be offered. Vegetarians and gluten free people are very welcome.
